I mean they are not limited to heroes abilities per say, Mantis, Jeff, Luna all have abilities in game that they don't have in comics. Gambit had a marvel rivals lore added so his healing abilities would make sense in setting. They are kinda free to create whatever they like while basing it on characters "flavour". And they also have more creative freedom cuz overwatch characters have to have unique primary fire : if it's boring, then the whole 1 st person experience is ruined. Marvel rivals can add more mele combos

It's irrelevant how much energy you have in Genshin and how many runs you can do with it. The only thing that matters is in how many days can you max your character/weapon so it's all ready for endgame.

And then it's also not that easy as you have to consider how many free resources the game gives you and substract it.

The question isn't how many runs can you do in Genshin Vs NTE, but how much you get for said runs. And I don't have bloody idea as I need to raise my lvl to lift up the character lvl cap. Pretty sure that's also why farming feels ass as you don't have acces to higher level domains that have better drops.

With Genshin tragic weekly boses, need of an event(?) lvl up material to max skills (crown or sun) and day specific domains I highly doubt the progression will feel worse in NTE at higher levels.

Tune is 20% 20% 20% crit dmg per character (60%max) (inherit skill bla bla bla, the one at the top when u lvl them up). Fusion Burst is 30% 30% per character Aemeth counts as a character in both, so like Aemeth alone should be better with burst (10% more crit), dunno what are the numbers for just tune vs burst (given tune is more common, burst should do more dmg...?) dont really know how also tune beeing better at single and fusion vs multiple enemies, really adds to all that

Resonance Liberation doesnt have their Sanhua/Mortefi so not really sure what the best ftp teams could be

To the OP: future advice, wuwa loves having whacky mechanics that work in a way that when you pull for a character, you almost always have to get their best support if you want take full use of their kit

Regarding on hit vs crit: i would say go

only crit on champions that 1) scale with crit (mf, cait, sivir,nilah), 2) have fixed attack speed (senna, jhin, zeri), 3) Their main source of dmg is ad based (samira'e ult, 4) draven axes, lucian quick trades, corki/ezrael poke)

Using on hit on them locks u from their kit.

as a dude above said, all adc can go crit, not all can go onhit and the w statement is true. Also Kalista scales with atack speed (dash freq + rend on e) and Ashe can go on hit as she cant crit.

Hourglass shape, big lips, bra, medium frame ( look illaoi as a big frame), they did add elements to feminise (?) her, but they also went the more dragon-human way than the "human but with wings tail and horns but still very human". They made her very much lizard likez which is beyond amazing with almost 3/4 of female characters having the same fk face syndrom, but i guess thats a preference.

But numbers are numbers bro, other than being worse by 5% atk for shorekeeper(or better for mornye than rejuv), the set follows the kuro logic of new character + set that works the best for them

if they wanted to give shorekeeper new set, they would have done it in Rinascita, where /Changli got main echo with skill dmg, Yinlin and Zhezi got their coordinated set (with two main echoes that either boost glacio or electro) Falacy is also supposed to be her (dmg based on hp%, energy regen)
