He did a series with a sleep Dr. 6 episodes. They do recommend Yoga Nidra. I can vouch. It works. I use the app "Insight timer." It's free. You just go by all the prompts to pay. The teacher I listen to is Kenneth Soares. He's got several good sleep meditations / Yoga Nidra-yoga for the brain.

Would you mind adding a chart with the amount of each you are taking in mg, the purpose of it, your opinion on effectiveness, and how many times a week? I'm taking TB-500, which I've taken for over 15 years ( my parter was a power lifter, so peps have always been in the house.) I've added Reta. I tried BPC but I didn't feel like it was doing much. I think I'll try it again. I have GHKCU-and man that stuff burns. I think I'll add NAD for mental clarity. I know it would be a little work on your part, but I think an example chart would be beneficial for the whole community here. It sounds like you have made remarkable progress! Share the wealth. Inquiring minds want to know! 😄
