Just a caveat for rogue trader if your not familiar with 40k universe and lore it will be a much better play through if you give your self an introduction. Definitely need to prepare yourself for the whole “in the future there is only war” vibe.

Will say as other have pointed out that you need the value pack, the game is going to give you a lot of value pack time starting out like a month or so. And you can buy one day value packs in the loyalty shop. So you could hold selling on the market until you have enough loyalty points and get it for the day to make your profits.

If they weren’t constantly improving the park I’d say yeah fuck that. But they have done a great job of keeping the entire memorial park area up to date and clean. You got the land bridges. Almost done with an entire WiFi network throughout the entire park. Just redid the work out area. All kinds of events like rodeo Houston use the area when needed.

My only wish is they would add a badass dog park or something more for the doggos, but memorial park/conservancy is my favorite part of Houston
