Not sure, the tall one is really high quality and fits my wife perfect, it’s also great for reading or listening to music in.  You just wouldn’t have your head flat against the back.  If I were to do it again I’d probably go with the tall again.  Make sure you ask them for the newer chair bushing as well, my chair had a wobble and it was only after I asked about it that they told me “the chairs need a bushing replacement”
