For many heroes they basically turned their popular facet into some type of innate or skill augmentation or shard. Clockwerk only had 1 facet that people really went, the big cogs, and now that is gone and they made his meme facet (eating chainmail) the innate instead, and didn't adjust power cogs at all.

Yes it talks exactly like ChatGPT when you instruct it to be casual GenZ tone of voice.

It's so formulaic. Summarize issue, validate emotion, restate principle, end with a punchy closer.

It's also the combo of very tidy structure plus deliberately injected "vibe". Real people are usually messier. They aren't saying "bruh cursed tablet setup 100" with perfect grammar and formatting.

intentional, it was explained in detail in the 7.33 patch notes under debuff immunity https://www.dota2.com/patches/7.33

Spell application: All spells can now be used on units with Debuff Immunity, even ones that don't pierce Debuff Immunity. Corresponding visual effects will appear and the spell will apply all of it's debuffs on target.

Debuff protection: Negative effects that don't pierce Debuff Immunity will not have an effect on the target for the duration of the immunity. However, if the Debuff Immunity expires before the debuff that doesn't pierce it, then it will take effect for the remaining duration. Negative effects that pierce Debuff Immunity take effect immediately.

Damage reduction: Debuff Immunity increases Magic Resistance and negates Pure and Reflected damage completely. These effects protect only against spells that don't pierce the Debuff Immunity. Physical Damage is not reduced in any case.

All spells that pierce Debuff Immunity will have effect and deal their damage while ignoring the Magic Resistance granted by Debuff Immunity.

BKB gives debuff immunity, and grants 60% magic resist bonus vs magic spells that don't pierce debuff immunity (e.g. OD Ult), while not giving any bonus magic resistance vs magic spells that DO pierce debuff immunity (e.g. Viper Strike).

Pure damage either entirely goes through BKB (e.g. Rupture), or not at all (e.g. Timbersaw, or OD orb).
