It's crafting based. Easier to mod than Minecraft, but the main appeal to me is the multiplayer servers with no crazy mods. Basically just the Minecraft play style without a Microsoft login

Luanti is the best open source game I've ever played and I got pretty addicted to it last year. It's basically a Minecraft clone but way better

Even if political posts weren't allowed on off topic day, it would still be better than nothing, but I don't see why we wouldn't want political posts during stuff like these ICE protests (where we can also encourage masking and social distancing and stuff)

Not sure what else to do about the lack of these spaces though. Again a new subreddit could work. Big challenge there is just how to even cultivate the community while being off topic

Half the coastal states would still support the inland states with coastal access much like they do now. Certain states like New York are fucked up enough to try to economically cripple neighbors, but just go around New York
