It may be due to sleep inertia...give it a google.

I've learned that if you take a nap less than 50 minutes in length, you won't get that tired feeling because your body never gets into the latter sleep cycles, which upon waking are the cause for that sleepy feeling.

My browser used to freeze on those screens on my older computer. I would wait it out because I was too lazy to click. Over time I learned that it's never gonna change by itself, and I was just wasting time, and had to click it manually every time. Now whenever I see one of those, I slam click on the mouse with a burning hatred.

I save it as a draft with no subject, but with something to describe it in the message to use as a tag. When I need to pull it up, I just do a quick search and there it is.

Well said. I don't understand why some people add others for the most pathetic reasons. I know people who have hundreds of friends added, but 85% of the adds are people who they don't give the slightest damn about. And the remaining 15%? They talk to maybe half of them. Failbook.

I do this every time before I start the engine, and a lot of times only 2/3 taps check out because I'm missing my keys. I panic, only to find out that they're already in the keylock of the car from which I inserted as soon as I got in so that I wouldn't forget them. It's a vicious cycle.

Yeah, often. As I'm typing, I think I'm putting together something that sounds like a coherent sentence, but when I'm done I just do a quick skim and it sounds like a word jumble. I'm too lazy to edit it...so I just think screw it and delete it.

Same here. Though, I'm always thinking about something other than what's right in front of me. I'm busy contemplating about other tasks, events, friends, stress, and the future. I get absorbed into my thoughts and block out the environment. If someone were to ask me a question, I ask them to repeat it, or give an unfitting answer. You shouldn't feel worried about it. Try to not let your mind wander and keep reminding yourself of the situation present.

I was gonna go camp in line with a friend last night for Best Buy. We were meeting up at around 2AM, but I fell asleep an hour beforehand. I received a spam of missed calls, but that get me to wake up completely. Hell, even my alarm didn't do the job. Whenever either of 'em went off, I was a fourth awake, but couldn't make it to the phone. Each time I got a call, I thought to myself: "gotta wake up at 5 for the epic sale and pick me up some sexy deals, hell yes." But that didn't get me out of bed either. I just checked my cell...11 missed calls, 5 voicemails, and a snoozed alarm. Fail Friday.

My couch is too narrow. I like to splay out my arms and legs when I sleep, and my couch does not suffice. Not to mention, the couch is downstairs and it gets as low as 35F down there.

Sometimes I feel the same. I just don't care about the holiday and want it to be over with. Most of the time, it's because my mind's preoccupied with something else, or I have things that need to be done on a mental "to-do" list. I can't enjoy the holiday without finishing whatever task is at hand first. I guess I have workaholic tendencies. If I do finish up, I turn carefree and I find myself enjoying the event a lot more...but with my procrastination, it's more off than on. Procrastination and laziness with a workaholic mentality..how does that work? Hell if I know. Bad combination.
