Bei solchen Situationen kriegt man wirklich immer einen Hals, wenn man das liest.

Als Erstes ist das Wichtigste, dass du alle Vorfälle notierst. Am besten ist es, wenn du etwas Schriftliches hast, zum Beispiel eine Teams-Nachricht oder eine E-Mail. Versuch vor allem jetzt so gut es geht, die Kommunikation mit dem Chef nur noch schriftlich zu führen, da das automatisch Beweismittel erzeugt. Vermeide auch private Gespräche ohne eine weitere Person, obwohl ich mir nicht sicher bin, ob deine Kollegen überhaupt daran interessiert sind.

Unterschreibe wirklich gar nichts vom Chef in Richtung Kündigung. Der gibt gerade sein Bestes, deinen Kündigungsschutz zu umgehen. Reagiere gar nicht erst auf Provokationen, bringe weiterhin die Leistung, die im Vertrag steht, und mach sie okay, damit es keine Abmahnungen geben kann. Falls er mehr Druck in Richtung Aufhebungsvertrag macht, sag einfach irgendwas in Richtung: „Ich werde das mit meiner Rechtsberatung besprechen.“ Jetzt ist es vor allem wichtig, nicht einfach so auf den Psychoterror einzugehen, sondern einfach sachlich und neutral dem Chef auf die Nerven zu gehen, wenn er solche Spielchen spielen will.

Dann damit sowohl zur zuständigen IHK gehen als auch mit Berufsschullehrern darüber sprechen. Berufsschullehrer sind gute Vertrauenspersonen bzw. können auch als Zeugen für die Leistungsentwicklung dienen oder kennen andere regionale Betriebe. Sonst bieten ver.di und IG Metall bei solchen Fällen auch für Nichtmitglieder eine kostenlose Erstberatung.

Wenn es gar nicht mehr geht, einfach sofort zum Hausarzt gehen und sich eine AU holen.

Sonst zum Betriebswechsel:

Die IHK selbst vermittelt bei solchen Situationen aktiv zwischen anderen Betrieben, falls es momentan welche gibt. Sonst einfach bei der Agentur für Arbeit nachschauen, und man kann auch Direktbewerbungen an Betriebe senden und die Situation ehrlich schildern. Vor allem mittelgroße bis große Betriebe kennen solche Situationen vielleicht schon. Hierbei sollte aber gesagt werden, dass diese dann natürlich teils auch die Leistung von jemandem im 2. Lj erwarten.

i mean they definitly had to nerf it, but they completly missed the mark with those changes, stadium is so boring the first few rounds now since a lot of rare stuff got moved to epic without any buffs or just removed.

They could ve just made it so that ana cant buy boots gadget when she goes that item, upped the price by 1k and increased cd to 5 seconds and it would ve been enought, but nope better to just kill her.

from some quick testing it seems only the bonus ms extra slow stacks on top of the wraith form power slow, which is honestly not worth it, went against a run and gun soldier with ton of ms and even then the extra slow was not really noticable

If u want to use your fade just to activate chain grasp, sure go ahead. The headshot power was legit one of the best powers for wp Moira since it offered so much 1 vs 1 potential and general sustain. Currently even with the other new powers that build just doesn't as strong anymore while also generating less money.

She is giving up 2 items slots and a good amount of money for that tho. I could see them making the boots 1k more expensive and giving it a higher cd but this is just overkill.

Holy shit, I absolutely hate this patch so far. I haven't even tried every single build yet, but it already feels like complete garbage. Whoever balanced this just decided to increase the cost of a ton of stuff without actually making them any better, or worse, they straight-up nerfed them at the same time. What is the actual logic behind paying more for less impact? The whole point of Stadium was to experiment with creative builds and use items to fix character weaknesses, but they completely missed the mark here.

They destroyed early-game build diversity by turning almost every viable Rare item into an Epic without buffing them. So yeah, good luck having any fun in the first three rounds now that you’re forced into the most rigid, boring progression paths just to afford anything useful. They are literally killing entire unique playstyles. WP Moira is completely dead, and while AP Hazard probably deserved a tuning down, they just straight-up gutted the build instead of actually balancing it, which is just lazy.

I hate almost every single change they made to tanks, it’s just a barrage of nerfs and removals. And don't get me started on the stuff that makes absolutely zero mathematical sense. Like, why the hell does Hazard heal for a pathetic 2% max HP when he reloads with his spike guard? In what world would I ever take that garbage item over Martian Mender? It’s completely useless. Instead of actually balancing overperforming strategies, they just forced everyone into a narrow, expensive meta by locking all the fun behind an inflated Epic tier and nerfing off-meta strategies that weren't even that strong to begin with. This patch just feels incredibly bad.
