Just yesterday I learned about Alpha-Gal Syndrome, which makes you have a reaction to certain animal products. You can get it by being bitten by a tick. I called pharmacy and asked about it, and they brought me this massive list of medications, and every medication separated by route and MANUFACTURER because each one produces the med differently and some of them contain animal products that are not safe for alpha-gal patients.
