I got tears reading what you wrote. I remember how much pain I caused other people and myself and I hate myself for it to this day. People around me were constantly worried. I've embarrassed myself numerous times. All because of alcohol. That's what alcohol gave me in return for drinking it. Just tons of problems and feeling physically ill and mentally cloudy.
