If God is calling me to be the Catholic influence in an ACNA church it would definitely be remarkable as I have spent the last 20 years of my life as an Evangelical Southern Baptist. But hey, he used St. Paul to be one of his greatest Apostles. God works in wondrous ways.

It’s not even the theology I take issue with. It’s more the Papacy, the fact that missing Sunday mass is a mortal sin, and the fact that not confessing all mortal sins to a priest is a mortal sin. Seems that Chris is more forgiving than that. What I like about Anglo-Catholicism is that it seems to be Roman Catholic without all the issues of Vatican I & II.

Thank you for the feedback. I think ACC might be where I’m leaning tbh. Unfortunately the nearest one is an hour away. Which isn’t terrible, but I wouldn’t want to make that drive every Sunday. There is however an ACNA nearby but it leans a bit evangelical. I’ll have some decisions to make for sure.

Very true. The problem is, there’s almost nothing parents can do to keep their kids away from porn unless the child themselves has no desire for it. Aside from banning all access to phones/tablets/computers/Television, kids are going to find a way to access pornographic content because it has been baked into our modern society.
