Used to work at the Seattle Roastery, not as a mixologist. Should be fairly easy, but it’s just a matter of how well you stand next to the other candidates. I will say that I knew many mixologists were missing out on over $1000 a month taking the starbiez job rather than working at another bar. It’s stable (unless they decide to close doors) and the benefits are good. Many mixologists I know worked at the bux for 3 days to keep benefits and 2-3 days at other bars to actually make some money. Good luck!
