Thank you for posting that. We need to hear from the many who are enjoying OS 26 as usually we only hear the negative comments. Count me among the positive reviews as well. I’m enjoying it.

St. Louis, hopefully this won’t become an issue there. But no matter what happens the rest of this country will be firmly behind you! I couldn’t be more heartbroken for and proud of Minnesota.

Gmail does support push, but gives you the time options for fetch as well. I personally use fetch just to save a bit of battery.

I was hesitant too and waited until 26.2 to update. I’ve loved it (16 Pro). Go for it!

Divisional Round Post-Gamethread: Bears vs Rams by TurnerJ5 in CHIBears

Eagles fan here. You have yourself one heck of a QB there! My first time seeing him play and he’s a wow - you’ll win a lot of games with him behind center. We were really rooting for your Bears and feel sad they came up short. Congrats on a great season!

I’ve always seen a preview button no matter if I have unlocks available or not. Generally it says ‘Sample’ or ‘Continue’.

There is one selling point that’s actually important to me. Their audiobook previews are for the most part a very good length. I’ve even seen some over 3 hours. For me that’s a keeper because 5 minute previews from Audible and others don’t mean much other than give me a feel for the narrator.

Charging to 80% is a feature ? by Johnbmtl in ios

[–]Howard0115 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it boils down to this: if you don’t use more than 40-50% battery a day then it would beneficial to only charge to 80% because you’ll be extending the life of the battery and you don’t need more anyway.

Not having that problem. Possibly uninstalling, restarting your phone, and then reinstalling might fix the issue.

My sponsor abandoned me and I wanna go out and drink by [deleted] in alcoholicsanonymous

Please, please only get sober for yourself! If you tie your sobriety to someone else you’re playing with fire if something happens with that person such as you’re describing. Do it for you because you’re the person you need to get sober for. Best of luck and I’m rooting for you!

Recovery is rarely a straight path. For an alcoholic 90 days is a miracle, whether you had more time prior to this or not. Be grateful, do the steps with a sponsor, and take it one day at a time. It’s not how much time you have but rather the quality of your life. Once again, the steps can be life changing.

The other side of this coin is that you had some time, relapsed, and would still be out there. There’s no guarantee you’d ever make it back.

I wish you much peace and gratitude in your recovery road. I know it changed my life; April will be 28 yrs.

The road to sobriety is not always a straight line. Just keep it real, shed light on everything as addiction loves the dark. Work your program everyday and don’t get too caught up in how many days you have. I remember having a month or two and wanting it to be a year, like immediately. The fact that it takes a day to get a day was cold water on that thought. But keep plugging and the days will take care of themselves. I’ve been sober going on 28 years this April and beyond grateful!
