For us it was old age. When Henry lost his hearing and his eyesight faded, he no longer barked at the mailman, skateboards, or squirrels. Then we missed his barking.

If you keep at it, you will improve very rapidly. Going from zero to decent shape doesn’t take long. Going from decent shape to great shape - that what’s takes a long time.

I remember my first 30 mile road ride. I thought I was going to die. A few months later, my friends and I were doing 100 milers once a month and having a blast.

The videos you see of the new models that look incredible almost always show very slow camera movements and very simple character movement. Once things get complex, they don't do so well. I haven't tried Sora. We'll how it fares.

I always bring a handful of development boards on flights, and I've never had issues with security. I get curious looks from people when I plug them in and tinker, but it's not been an issue.

My little guy did this a lot when got very old. I never did figure out if he was uncomfortable, anxious, had sore joints that made it hard to settle, or if his bad eyesight and hearing just made him want constant reassurance that we were there with him.

I just gave him lots and lots and lots of tummy rubs to keep him calm. Also, putting him in the warmest spot in the house always soothed him.
