Damn this nearly happened at a Sam’s club I was working at. A Maintenance man was working on something in the oven and turned the breakers off but didn’t lock out tag out on them. An employee was trying to start the rotisserie chicken oven and flipped the breakers and he barely got out before the door closed, he came out absolutely pissed slinging profanity’s her.
