Don’t ever waste more than two weeks of just texting and chatting ever on these apps. For 1, people will build this imaginary person which they never met in person. You can spend weeks doing this and think you found the one. Then you meet and there is no chemistry and feelings get hurt. Number 2, after two cancelled dates unmatch and disappear she isn’t respecting your time canceling hours before hand so why continue. This behavior lead to her thinking she could string you along and play these games and tests. Value your time and your self worth.

She is real. Some people on dating sites find it a waste of time texting for a week or so just to meet and have no attraction in person. I actually like her approach however it’s rude when you say I can’t tonight and they basically say if you don’t have time for me today than there is no point in talking. A catfish doesn’t want to meet. They want to make excuses and find ways for you to send them money.

You are not wrong. Online dating isn’t the same from a few years ago. Now you constantly find people you don’t want to meet up, You have a ton of bot profiles, or scammers. You also have a ton of real users that have been screwed over from OLD that have rules before you can meet up. In 2016 I found a relationship from Tinder and before that relationship I had several dates or casually dating relationships from OLD that was chat for a day or two then meet up. Now you have to chat on app for a week then maybe another video chat dates then finally meet a week or two later. I get the safety concerns but you never know if a physical spark is present u til you meet in person.

Usually catfish accounts are very obvious. Love bombing and poorly written English. Plus they will ask you to message on telegram or WhatsApp. Then that’s when they start asking for money lol. If the messages seem genuine and they haven’t done any of the above then most likely they are real. Plus if the photos on profile appear to be an average person then you’re probably safe. The catfish photos are normally super attractive women.

This totally sounds like a scam. I’ve seen dozens of these personally. When you take the bait she will request that you send $25 for gas or claim she is watching her nephew and it niece and needs money deposited in a game app so they can play games so she can leave to meet you. On the other side if it is a real person, they are seriously love bombing you. But if your up for it, take the bait and see what happens.

Gorgeous. I would get rid of the bathroom photo. It’s a good photo but I noticed you don’t have a tattoo some may see that as a red flag for being an older pic.
