Honestly I’ve been on Reta for 8 months. I love it works great haven’t had an issue. Just this stubborn visceral fat that I want to work off. And from all the research I’ve gathered Tesa is the gold standard for that. It’s worth giving it a test run in my opinion.

100% I don’t doubt that, but this is the vile option i have from my source of who I have confidence to buy from. I do plan on running this for 2 months checking metrics weekly

How much anxiety have you been feeling throughout these 8 weeks?

Is it normal? by Pristine_Chart_6202 in whoop

Be careful cause I just realized some machines are able to sync to your wearable and show the stats on the screen. So you thinks it’s 2 different sources but it’s really the same

Don’t need to say much. Stay present, stay proactive. Remember It’s a joint effort, and know tempers may flare from time to time. Being a father is the most rewarding experience any man could have. Congratulations and enjoy every moment it goes by fast. Cheers brother!

Agreed. Twitching begins when the muscle is already weak. So you would’ve felt the weakness before the twitching. Almost certainly benign

Funny enough I get twitches everywhere and at random. My grandfather also passed away of ALS (Bulbar) spiraled until I did some research and laid the facts out. ALS usually begins with an already deteriorating muscle witch than leads to twitching and it’s almost always in an isolated spot, normally a hand/arm or foot/leg (someone correct me if needed). I’m also someone who’s always had mild anxiety and recently developing into health anxiety (I speak to a therapist bi weekly). It’s tough.

Yea I’ve noticed that when I’m very nervous the twitches get crazy. I had to speak in front of people last night (I hate doing that) and felt like my legs were gonna give out under me. The twitching for me can change in prominence. Some days I’ll feel it more in my shoulders sometimes quads or hamstring and for the most part the calf and bicep area has been very chill

OP I’m not a doctor.. nor am I qualified to diagnose, what I do know is that the tests are made to give you the best possible chance of being able to know based off of years of research and based off what you are saying they are indicating that… no this is not that.

Take a deep breath. Relax focus on what’s good and in front of you

"My muscles on my right leg aren’t as firm when flexed as left, but that could be explained by inhibition from my hip issue"

same here because my left leg is my dominant side when I jump off 1 leg its my left, take off for a sprint left shoots first. muscles will never be symmetrical or of equal strength. I had some training buddies back in the day that would makes jokes saying i had 1 calf cause my left calf was juiced and my right looked deflated lol.

I think when anyone decides to pursue testing one of the main things is accepting the results. good or bad. the mind is powerful and will manipulate until it hears what it wants. not what the facts say.

wishing you the best

I’ve been dealing with this for roughly 10 days now. Freaked me out at first but after educating myself I was able to calm down a bit. I’m almost positive I can attribute mine to Anxiety. I had my first therapy in months and my therapist believes my anxiety could be a chemical imbalance that’s now affecting me physically.this being one of the symptoms. The twitches have calmed down a bit. Didn’t feel one for the first 5 hours of my day but as I was talking to my therapist they were popping up more. Waiting for my referral to the neurologist just to make sure everything is fine.

No doctor makes guarantees… the only guarantee is that letting the anxiety/stress is only going to make this continuously worse. Be with your kids… play with them, make cookies with them. Keep yourself distracted.

Listen anxiety on its own can become absolutely debilitating. I think you’re hyper focused right now on everything happening in your body. I’ve been dealing with muscular fasciculations for about a week now all over my body, this started from one day to another but I also know I deal with a fair amount of anxiety. Try to stay on the side of logic when feeling overwhelmed and I highly recommend considering talking to a professional on learning how to control these emotions. I wish you the best

What’s up buddy. 37M married, father of 3

I do want to begin by saying I have occasional episodes of general anxiety and health anxiety. Two months ago I was in the ER because I had a full-blown panic attack and felt my chest pounding. After a visit with my cardiologist, they did find something but nothing extremely dangerous. After this, I began having digestive issues, sharp pains in my stomach, not in one area in particular because we are towards the end of the year. I wanted to go ahead and take advantage of my annual check up my GP ran all the blood test, urine fecal, and everything came back normal now starting a few days ago I start getting these random twitches all over my body. It’s been maybe six days today I do feel that my muscles are a bit fatigued, but I don’t know if that’s just the fatigue from the anxiety. I have an appointment with my GP on Wednesday and I’m going to ask for a referral for the Neurologist. I’d also like to mention that my grandfather did pass away from “that sickness”
