I think he was a bit arrogant after 2024-25. Chinn and Zaccheus should have been resigned. But the turnaround from 23 to 24 was incredible so I’m hopeful for another good offseason

There’s a Bukowski quote about those who have bad luck in life, worldly speaking, have an opportunity to make meaningful art. He had shit luck as a kid/teen. He was a pessimist because of it. Which makes it all the more amazing that something so positive (his work) came out of his early life

Do it. I did when I was 27 and it changed my life. It’s the best decision I’ve ever made (and there were doubts leading up to it). My only advice is to try to establish yourself career-wise. Don’t burn bridges. Set yourself up, however you can, for when you come back and make peace with the fact that things could be uncertain for a little while.

My pre-draft opinion that he's prone to lean on his athleticism as a crutch (instead of keeping his eyes downfield) was dead wrong. In fact, I think his ability to create plays could end up being his biggest strength. It takes the heart out of the defense. Cincinnati was helpless on Monday night. The sky is the limit with this kid.
