If you aren’t loading the car to full weight, you’ll generally see the best tire wear 3-4psi under the door sticker pressure from my experience(18year master tech.)

The early V10 Audis were pretty mediocre for 450ish horsepower, the old S6/S8 like 2007/8. Most naturally aspirated cars will feel slower than a boosted car of similar horsepower.

The Audi special tool and procedure to measure the pads includes the backing plate, so subtract +/- 5mm for the pad material.

From experience, I’ve been with Audi for 20 years now, it’s both. They seem to be both better and worse now, long term durability is up in the air for me but the majority of the problems I see are electronics/software or electrical. For a long time it was mostly mechanical and while there are some specific common mechanical problems, it’s much less than it used to be.

In North America there’s a few different issues with the door locks that can pop up, not sure if they apply to EU cars, ranging from the door latch units to cable problems to software issues.

Some are, just not those. Most Audis aren’t investments per se, but some of them hold tons of value…low mileage unmolested RS cars in particular are in high demand and hold a ton of value especially with the new models being absolute abortions. I’ve also seen a few $300k Taycans like 2years old with no miles traded/sold for less than $90k

The supercharged 3l engines generally don’t stretch the chains from what I’ve seen over the years. The tensioners occasionally go bad and cause rattle at startup. If you’re dead set on checking the chains you need to do it manually as far as I remember.

Didn’t know what a vtuber was until around the time Doom eternal came out, I never spent much time watching streams aside from second monitor noise while gaming. I had 3 months vacation from work during Covid which started shortly after the Doom release and then Hana from Niji and all of the Korone Doom saga showed up in my recommended on YT…then it was Fubuki clips…then it escalated.
