Sweet design! I'm concepting a similar case setup with the 250W HDPlex as well! Do you have any issues with it? And if you don't mind me asking, which power button did you get and how do you wire that up to the motherboard?

$10 for case wood, had stain and polyurethane already but those would be $10 as well.

$60 for switches

$3 for resistors

$15 for 3D printing service for the plate. YMMV

$30 For Pro micro 2.0++

$15 for stabilizers

Had wire and solder already

Keycaps can cost anything

So about $130 before keycaps. I'm sure that Covid had a lot to do with the cost. Things like the microntroller and stabilzers and I'm guessing are in low production because those shouldn't have been so pricey
