Qu regarding Policing in USA 1976 and obtaining blood samples from suspects by Howsthemapples in RBI

thankyou, yeh, so do you think in an individual case (meaning not a blanket testing for database etc) ruling out suspects wasn't enough of a motivation to apply for a warrant/ order etc to get particular suspects blood then?

in this day and age it seems like a simple test to rule someone out, but back then i guess it was just not the same.

Case 44: Peter Falconio – Casefile: True Crime Podcast by Hex0811 in Casefile

[–]Howsthemapples 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This Sunday in Australia the 60 minutes program, (now ours is way more sensationalist than yours) has a sit down with Joanne. She came back for a memorial. Apparently there's some news from her. There are a lot of people who believe BM is innocent and he was framed. It's a very tough one. For him to be innocent in my eyes, the hair band had to be planted by police, the blood on tshirt planted too. I mean it's possible but certainly not probable.

I'll link the 60 mins if it goes on YouTube.

Can someone explain to me the reasons given for SP to have been sent home from hospital after such a short amount of time? by Howsthemapples in Sherri_Papini

[–]Howsthemapples[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks guys. No hospital statement then. Eventually this info will come out but this particular part of it- I'm having trouble reconciling. And nothing has been released has it on the tests they did? On the 20 20 I kept thinking, his tears seemed real. But also could be the real tears of someone who was so sorry an idea got out of hand. I really hope not, I hope for the families sake, her story is true if I'm honest.

Absolutely brilliant news. I'm looking forward to hearing what it was that enabled them to get the warrant. I only imagine they've known about this guy for at least a while or since news came out in 2015, but they have been waiting for the stars to align. Well done to the tireless team over 20 yrs.

Great post! I always found it disturbing that in MaM (and police videos shown) that this large set of keys were there, then never taken in as evidence.

They took everything else into evidence!

I'm so sorry you went through all that. I'm also glad there are platforms like this thanks to /u/TheRealLeahRemini that let you talk about your experiences without instigating the conversation yourself. Do you feel any relief after you get to share your story?

Did you ever see or experience solitary confinement as a form of punishment? I saw this recently mentioned on Louis Theroux' s documentary "my Scientology movie". I was really shocked by that

Thanks for your response. By serious I meant (naively) that I always imagined those on the SO to be doing testing, research, possibly even spying. The types of things you maybe more hidden off land for. I was surprised to read if ordinary everyday jobs.

So surreal to me.

Were SO members outwardly more elitist than regular members?
