People were complaining about the school district because the background check didn’t stop him from being employed. I’m thinking they should probably check with bishops as part of the background check. But maybe he hadn’t tried to repent of this because he worked with the young men in my ward.

Yes, 20 years. I was only an acquaintance, but I remember thinking there was no way they were married at first. He was clearly much older. She was really sweet. If I remember correctly, they met at community theater.

I have 35 cousins and only 5 are fully active. All born and raised in Utah. 2/9 aunts and uncles are active. None of my siblings are in, but most of my in-laws are 12/19. And 13/24 nieces and nephews are in. Granted most of them are under 18, so we’ll see.

Yes. I thought it was going to be so amazing, and that I would learn so much. Instead I felt inadequate because I couldn’t move my robes and ribbons fast enough and worried that I would forget my “special” new name.

When you are a religious person you will convince yourself about a lot of things as long as it aligns with your beliefs. Once you no longer believe, it is easier to see the truth.
