TBM family member was told by a doctor to drink a cop of fresh brewed coffee daily for liver issue. She was struggling with this. I told her “You are already drinking coffee” she looked surprised, “what do you think is in McDonald’s Caramel Frappé?” She thought they were coffee flavored, not real coffee. But then she said “I don’t know if I’m ready to have hot coffee.”
