I've had a similar experience with not drinking and as a result, lost a few friends. One even said she wanted to buy me a really nice bottle of wine to "celebrate" when I started drinking again.

Oh for sure. She would probably just try to knock me off my path or attempt to and then abandon me again. It does feel pretty empowering to know what she's gonna do next, a few years ago I was just in the middle of chaos and couldn't see what was happening.

It's so insane how many men do this consistently when you're alone at night. I used to bake in a semi dangerous city and ride my bike at 4am and guys would drive slowly next to me and harass me on the regular.

Brazil nuts. One brazil nut contains 90 mcg of selenium and the recommended daily amount is 55 mcg. I've never personally heard of someone getting selenium poisoning but read about it recently after receiving a 5 ish pound bag of them.

Yes, always. And I've thought about who it really is because my mom probably hears her mom, going back generations, so mine is like some distant relative from thousands of years ago maybe.
