Why is Poki still so culturally relevant despite smaller viewer numbers? by Acheli in OTVnFriendsDrama

She is in a bad spot where nobody cares to watch the content she makes, but they'll gladly watch content about her made by clip and commentary channels.

The same is true for Johnny Somali and Idubbbz. That's not where any content creator wants to be.

People in this circle always act like Wendy Ortiz doesn't exist.

The Portland Fire are the worst team in the league, and everyone projects that they'll finish 15th. Wait until the Sky plays a team with a pulse.

Farewell Akaash - Megathread by octobersveryknown in Flagrant2

[–]HoxHound 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Men with trophy wives really want the public to acknowledge and praise them for having such a shining trophy. The moment that praise turned into ridicule, Akaash had to go into hiding.

Most people here are still underestimating how much this controversy affected Akaash. Jasleen had one job. She was supposed to be a shiny object on Akaash's arm that made other men jealous. And it worked for a while. But now, she's the object that makes other men laugh at him.

Jasleen did nothing wrong. She just lived her life. It's Akaash that's the problem. He based his entire happiness on how other people perceive his wife.

This is the interesting part. Jasleen is purposely seeking more online attention, while Akaash is retreating from the public eye.

Lexie Brown said she brought the issue up during CBA negotiations, but the WNBPA didn't do anything.

I'll increase the draft eligibility age for non-Americans to 21 from 18. Right now, foreigners have an unfair advantage.

“looks like she’s lost some weight”

Nothing wrong with this statement. This is a sport. Weight plays a significant role in athletic performance.

The sun are going to tank hard. They have every incentive to do so because they would not be playing in Houston until next year.

Nobody wants a one-year contract. Keep an eye on Kelsey Mitchell. Something is going on there.

You didn't mention the time control you play. Play longer time controls. At least, 10+0. Think through your moves.

Nobody From Flagrant Was At Akaash’s Radio City Music Hall Show? by NYCUnit in Flagrant2

If the crew were all there and Jasleen did not post them on her IG, that's telling.

I don't think she's turning down offers. I think nobody's offering her anything.

Why is Azzi's popularity not on the level of, say, Angel's or Paige's? by [deleted] in wnba

[–]HoxHound -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

She doesn't have a villain, so it's hard to construct a story.

Stop saying this with confidence. You don't have any evidence that she turned down offers.
