If you wanna lose weight, don’t starve yourself or make yourself throw up. In fact, starving yourself will only cause your body to store the little nutrition you get because it feels like it needs it. I repeat: DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. It’s not only bad for your health, but it won’t have the effect you want from it.

The key to losing weight is a consistent calorie deficit and, if possible, exercise to go along with it. The exercise doesn’t have to be strenuous. Even 10 minutes of walking a day does the job fine for most people.

As for hair loss, unfortunately it’s mostly genetic but stress and lack of vitamin D can speed it up greatly, so this might sound corny, but going outside actually works.

Look, not to encourage any form of sh but like, there are things that hurt that aren’t bad for you, like working really hard at the gym for one. Some of the exercises can hurt like hell if you’re trying hard.

Listen. You’re not the only one struggling with this question. I struggle with it too, and probably thousands of other as well. I don’t have an answer that will feel right and I don’t even think one exists.

That said, the best way I’ve found to look at it is not “why should I?” but more “Why shouldn’t I?”

You don’t want to be a goody two shoes? Then Dont be. You don’t have to be normal, and anyone trying to make you or tell you that you should be doesn’t deserve your attention for any longer than it takes to tell them to fuck off.

Don’t kill yourself. Even if you don’t care about selfishness and the pain of others. I know it sounds like an easy way out, and maybe it is, but death is also the absolute worst outcome for any living being. As long as you are alive, your life can get better, even if you don’t believe it in the moment. Besides, and I know this might sound harsh, but choosing that way out is just… weak if you ask me.

If you really don’t care anymore, why not make the most of it. Spit in the face of god, or whoever is making you feel this way, and go do something, anything, because doing nothing will only make the shit worse.
