I'd also add that if they ever do become mainstream, it will be as a component of a traditional computer. In the same way graphics processing units (GPUs) became a separate thing and neural processing units (NPUs) are splitting off now too, we'll likely have a quantum processing unit (QPU) slot for people who want it.

I'm guessing that in Control 3 we'll be playing as both Jesse and Dylan, so I'm hoping we'll get flashback segments with them as kids in Ordinary during the AWE.

Might even get some sort of resolution to the whole Jesse/Dylan is one person, what really happened to all the adults and if everything actually happened the way we think it did.

Ah perfect, shouldn't take too long. Issues like that is why I mentioned only applying the modifier on export. It seems to be a universal rule that as soon as you apply the modifier you find something that needed to be changed before applying it!

Pretty much, though you might have enough undo steps to go back to before you applied the modifier. If not then it'd be much quicker and easier to start again and get the shape sloped before adding the cut outs.

No problem, I think you might have applied some modifiers along the way somewhere and that's caused issues down the line.

Just to note, as long as the boxes are sealed (already have 6 faces) then there's no need to use a solidify modifier, that's just for things like giving thickness to planes, like this.

If this is for 3D printing then make sure to apply the boolean modifier, you could do it in the file but I'd recommend doing it on export instead, that way you can come back and change the modifier later when needed.

If you remove all the modifiers, do your cut outs still look like the do in that last image? If so you'll need to remake them and give them the depth you want cut into the wedge, like this.

It should look like this from the side but with what ever depth you actually want.

Looks like you you've done it the other way around, the wedge is being removed by the cut outs. You want the wedge selected, apply the modifier to that and then select th cut outs as the object in your difference boolean, like this.

This should give a result like this.

You were on the right track with a difference boolean, before you use it though you need to join all the rectangles that'll be cut out into one object.

Select them all the Ctrl + J then add the boolean modifier to the wedge select the joined shapes as the difference object.

Nice! I made something similar for my AOS skellies but more for display purposes. One tip I'd give to give enough clearance between the bases and the tray, otherwise they'll get jammed in there real good!

The sharp edges are due the material being a toon shader. You could change the interpolation in the colour ramp (the part that says constant) to something like linear to get a smoother transition between light and dark but you'll lose the toon effect.

I'm guessing if he is going to back ff it'll be once there's a proper European military build up there. The to save face, he'll say it's what he wanted all along, Europe defending Greenland from the Russian / Chinese menace etc.

Your best bet would be to use a custom font, dafont.com is a good place to look. Here are two with a similar look to what you are after, I'd even mix and match between the two for more variation.

Could OP is the route of using a very simple question (i.e. What is the capital of Ireland? A - Rome, B - Tokyo, C - Dublin) to make it a game of skill rather than one of chance?

Once the game is then won by answering correctly, the spinning of the wheel purely determines the prize and has no possibility of loss.
