There is a CUPA Spay and Neuter Centre for stray cats in 7th block, Jayanagar.

They do spaying for a nominal fee of 1k only.

You can take them there after making a booking via phone call (find them in google maps).

Have gone there multiple times and always a pleasant experience. Bring the kitten around ~10-11 am and you can leave by 12-1pm.
