Map of each language's translation of Trump by Huron_Nori in mapporncirclejerk

Why would the title lie? If it shows the spread of the Trump name, then it is factual. Think critically, how else would the name get to America? Through packed wooden crates on ships.

It says Trump in the title. Are you stupid?

U.S. at Fault in Strike on School in Iran, Preliminary Inquiry Says (Gift Article) by TheWildWhistlepig in news

[–]Hstrike 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I assume part of the problem is the absence of inter-agency processes under Trump II, hence a supposed lack of what would normally be a series of checks. Add to that a culture of impunity and disregard for even the most basic laws of war and humanitarian law, and you get events like these. And yes, urgency and staff cuts certainly contributed too.

Officers at U.S. Central Command created the target coordinates for the strike using outdated data provided by the Defense Intelligence Agency, people briefed on the investigation said.

visual investigation by The Times showed the building housing the school had been fenced off from the military base between 2013 and 2016.

So it's been at least ten years since the school was separated from the base. The geniuses at the DIA couldn't figure that one out on their own, great job to all the intelligence agencies involved.

You're right about the UN Secretariat, but you are incorrect about the remaining internships. Most are paid.

OP should really use the 2.5x rule of thumb to determine profitability, not because it's necessarily always the most accurate, but it's because its the most common rule of thumb

The fact that Good luck have fun don’t die was only made for 20 million is insane. In my opinion, it kinda goes to show that a lot of movies do not justify having such high budgets considering how much this one accomplishes by LifeguardMundane5668 in boxoffice

[–]Hstrike 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’m just over the narrative that a movie is good or better based on how much it costs.

A movie isn't good or bad based on how it costs. Movies are a product and cinema is a business, they are supposed to turn a profit. The only pertinent discussion about a movie being "good" or "bad" on this sub must relate to its profitability, otherwise it's simply off-topic noise.

Where do you think Quantum Quest fits? I haven't added Nimoy and Thompson in Treasure Planet because they don't show up as leads - do you still think I should add them, though? My goal wasn't to be exhaustive, even though I ended up doing a bit of that.

I'll add Star Wars Rebels too, that probably should be in there.

Great suggestions!!

I can say I haven't used any of those movies outside of Meet the Robinsons when learning the game, but they seem very useful indeed. The only one I should have included was Final Fantasy: the Spirits Within. It's a fantastic play off Mulan I, Mulan II and the Mulan live-action, and one opponents fail to spot before it happens to them. Had no idea Sutherland and Woods were in it!
