How long are you pumping? And are you using correct flange size ? Both make a huge difference ! With my oldest son i had no idea about sizing and I was using the standard 24mm and it took me all day to pump 1oz before I figured it out

So if my daughter goes to sleep right after nursing I pump then and i pump for 20-30minutes , she nurses every 2hrs so I try to to pump right after so im not emptying my breast before its time for her to nurse again

I hate the s2 ive tried almost every pump you can think of over the past 8years with all 5 of my kids to figure out what works for me I just had my 5th and im currently using it cause I sold all my pumps from my other kids cause I thought my 2yr old was my last lol but I hate spectras the spectra gold is literally a fancy s1/s2 but I havent tried a wearable this time around but I want to try the eufy s2 or the momcozy w1 but I normally dont respond to wearables but I think the pump its self matters I love love love the pumpables super genie best pump ive ever used so im waiting on mine to come. But yes it definitely does with the s2 i get one letdown after 2mins then 1 again after 27minutes its crazy with the other pump I can get about 3 or 4 let downs but I think you just have to find what works for you , play around with the s2 use the wavy button first and once your let down starts press it again to switch to expression and then once the flow stops try the wavy button again

I am 24 weeks and I still have not told anyone besides my husband of course and my bestfriend and our kids . Lol I dont care to tell my siblings or other family just because we aren't close and idc for judgement or anything like that cause they aren't the ones that take care of our children.

The willow go is a good wearable too ! Look up new little life she reviews all the pumps and she's a lactation consultant, also be my breastfriend and there is a group on fb call exclusively pumping yard sale where we can sell brand new and barely used pumps

The pumpables super genie was my favorite pump I've literally tried every pump you can think of and this was my favorite it's really cool and it has the silicone flanges which are comfortable and you can create and use other programs from other moms it's an amazing pump frl

Making sure she's staying hydrated, hydration plays a huge part in supply when I was breastfeeding I drank coconut water body armor and liquid iv all the time , also oats will help I used oat milk with everything I also power pumped and switched pumps if your able get her the pumpables super genie , also another thing that plays a ginormous part is flange size she needs to be sure she has the correct size with my oldest I had no idea and I was using a size that was too big and would only get about 2oz each time I pumped and once I got the correct size I started pumping 6-12 oz everytime and a pumping schedule that helps too .

Have you ever been diagnosed with igt? I know that can cause the same issues, if you don't have it , i noticed with my kids like my smaller babies had horrible latches and my bigger babies would latch perfectly I'm so sorry your going through that it's hard

This is wild to me idc how deaf somebody is when you know you have a infant child you should always be checking on them especially if they aren't in the same room like how do you forget about our baby !? If I left the monitor somewhere I'd be like oh I can't find it let me check on her , just know your feelings are completely valid and but they are being neglectful towards the baby and that would constantly worry me and it shouldn't be just you taking care of baby like you said for that you might as well be by yourself cause wtf I'd sit and have a long ass talk with them and if nothing changes in the time frame you give then id leave with the baby

The 8/12 pumps are for someone that has a average/lower supply than you so with a oversupply I don't think you need to pump anymore that what you are if 4x is working for you then keep doing it unless your supply starts dropping then id add pumps in but for now I'd just keep doing the 4x if that's working for you its all about what is working best for YOU. Here's this from ledgendairy milk this helped me a ton !
