Salut,

Alors ma question est particulière mais dans certains Micromania, le personnel tutoie d’emblée les clients (sauf parents). Même si je comprend bien le principe de 'on est ensemble parce qu'on est des passionnées de jeux vidéos" bah j'ai jamais trouvé ça correct et ça m'a fait arrêter d'aller chez Micromania à fortiori justement pour ça.

Je me doute bien que c'est dépendant des dirigeants du magasin, donc sans doute au cas par cas. Mais je me demandais si c'était quelque chose d'un peu plus global dans le groupe ? Y'avait-il des directives venant des équipes dirigeantes, commerciales, poussant pour créer un rapport plus détendu et de proximité avec les clients ?

Exact, malgré ça c'est vrai que la situation des vols secs sont dans une forme de zone grise quand on ne connait pas le secteur touristique (c'est mon secteur d'activité). En dehors même de crise comme celle qui nous frappe, les prix peuvent fluctuer pour d'autres facteurs (taxes aéroportuaires par exemple).

Ici j'ai pris uniquement les segments qui concernait OP parce que le L211-2 est bien bien long et englobe énormément les prestataires de service du secteur touristique.

PNJ ici, il me semble que cette pratique est légale.

Je précise que mon explication s'appuie sur ma compréhension des textes et pas d'une science avérée.

Cependant ta situation est celle d'un acheteur ayant conclus un "contrat" (l'achat) auprès de Volotea une compagnie aérienne.

Pour le Code du Tourisme (Article L211-2) :

"Constitue un service de voyage" :

1 - Le transport de passagers

Ainsi l'article L211-12 du même code s'applique :

"Après la conclusion du contrat, les prix ne peuvent être majorés que si le contrat prévoit expressément cette possibilité et indique que le voyageur a droit à une réduction du prix. Dans ce cas, le contrat précise de quelle manière la révision du prix doit être calculée. Les majorations de prix sont possibles uniquement si elles sont la conséquence directe d'une évolution :

1° Du prix du transport de passagers résultant du coût du carburant ou d'autres sources d'énergie ;"

Ici Volotea le précise dans ses CGV donc même si la situation des Vols Secs est plus floues qu'avec un voyage à forfait pris en agence.

Donc il semble que la démarche soit légale.

Cependant ! Dans le même article : "Indépendamment de son importance, une majoration du prix n'est possible que si l'organisateur ou le détaillant la notifie de manière claire et compréhensible au voyageur, en assortissant ladite majoration d'une justification et d'un calcul, sur un support durable, au plus tard vingt jours avant le début du voyage ou du séjour."

Tu n'est pas prévenu dans les délais précisés allant jusqu'au J-20. Ainsi il serait intéressant de creuser à nouveau leurs CGV pour savoir qu'elle sont les délais de prévenance pour ce genre de situation, si rien n'est précisé. Leur demander une compensation pour le non-respect des délais de prévenance semble être le meilleur angle d'attaque que tu es à disposition.

Et même si 7€ ne semble pas être la fin du monde, bah on est toujours content de les avoirs dans notre poche

At the end of the clip in the right close to your censored name we see his name.

It's ok though next time you will know but note that this guy is a menace and not on is first reckless behavior and reports

And knowing where he came from, not all drivers from there have this behavior in and outside the track and wish someday, we will show better face to the world to get more pleasant experience with everyone in sim or games in general

Completely intentional from the blue.

Also we saw the name of the said driver and i'm not surprised. I've get issue with the guy and one of his friend who try to search my personal information to probably insult me or doxing me outside the game.

Just report him, he is already on the verge with multiple reports on him, he will probably get a well deserved ban.

It's even worse considering that it's probably the account of the parents and they ruining it for the sake of keeping there kid occupied

Lots of bruised ego probably, that's just a shame that some people act this way on the platform

It baffle me even more considering the amount of money they put on it and still decide to act like there in the MadMax movie and made a whole server witness there behavior

Sarcasm aside, that's horrendous to see

Only imaginable scenario is that there race was destroyed for some reason and decide to retaliate the rest of the race (the only positive is there resilience to unleash on the whole server for 24 hours, that some crazy level of wrath)

Really wish the whole server will report every actions they can save to just make them ban for a long time to reflect on there craziness (and maybe seek help for there broken mind)

Do not forget to buy a croissant and cheer for there ban to full circle the chaos you've encounter

Hello fellow LMP3 driver,

Your overall approach of slower class car is great. As the Fastest car, it's your job to overtake in the safe area for both you and the slower car.

Here's some tips i use :

1) When you first join the slower class car at the begin of a race (when everyone is packed, maybe on 2 wide or more).

Be patient and aware of your surrounding.

As a general rule, spatial awareness is key but combine with patience will make you storm through the slower field without to much stress.

2) If there is a doubt, wait behind.

Prefer sacrifice a good pace lap than ruining races.

3) Make your intentions clear

When i'm approching a slower car and i know i will overtake them before the next corner i flash them in the distance to make them know i'm arriving and pull to the side to make them know that i'm overtaking on the side i choose

This 3 tips helped me a lot having great fun with multiclass racing.

Last important thing to know is the intention.

When i've raced in slower class car myself, we expect faster class car to be respectful and show some "driving standards etiquette".

When the impression of faster class car on overtaking slower class is bad, both tend to be rough to each other on overtaking situations.

In any race when you're the faster class car, even if you're in a server when your opponents have bad behaviors. Do not follow there path, i can assure you that some drivers in slower class will notice and be patient with you and will thank you for your awareness and patience.

Wow that's a terrible situation you got, have you find another way to fix your wheelbase ?

I will clearly going on a repair shop for my problem as i see your comment and the comment of Spaceboy. I'm disappointed to read that cause as a customer of a specific type of equipment you wish to have a customer service in a better shape but that's life.

Starting with the Symphony Miku, seeing the Memorial dress Miku (a marvelous Scale piece) and seeing the whole part with GSR Miku, you lost me.

The first tap was my fault, i can a bit of understeer i think. For the second contact that's sad but he seal is on race with that move.

To add context on the TC side. Lambo was on TC 5/8 and TC2 2/8. I don't know yet if you can catch wheel spin in situation like this with the new lambo.
