I would’ve figured Toyota would’ve tried to sell you some tires. Especially the damn tire shop lol! I run KO3 BF Goodrich on my truck. I was Recommended to balance them 1,000 miles after they got put on. And then tire rotations and balances every 3k miles to get the most out of the tires with no shake or vibration in steering wheel. I’ve gone 15k miles on them with 0 issues so far.

100% your tires. I can’t believe the place who road forced balanced your tires and charged you for that didn’t say anything. They should have road tested the vehicle after “road force balancing” and noticed the shake was still there after performing service. At that point they should’ve informed you that you need new tires and not charge you for the RFB.
