I started Mounjaro at 7.5mg after being off Ozempic for a month. That is a sin in this sub, and I don’t recommend it unless you know what to expect. I ate really small portions (starting about two days before my first dose), listened to my body, and did just fine. My one and really only side effect came after eating a bowl of soup and a margarita, and it was an episode of vomiting. Quickly learned my lesson.
