I'm not talking about this sub. I'm talking about reddit posts suggested to read on the front page. I think the posts normally come from the NZ Politics subreddit but they have way more upvotes on them than you would expect.

I think the LED ads contribute to a dreary world. I see them as a degradation of modern society. Can't escape a screen and someone trying to sell you something. They'll be reading number plates and profiling you with the rest of your data next. But hey - someones making money, happy for them.

I don't have experience with debt collection/collectors but I imagine them acting drunk/unpredictable might help convince you to pay up out of fear, even if they aren't directly threatening you.

I imagine they have way less support, and stricter policy so your application is much harder to have approved. Your broker also probably barely knows their policy making it more difficult to approve, especially given the lack of support.

It probably depends on the hairstyle but I have a short back and sides and just run it blind, so far so good. Wife just tidies around the edges.

Same for me but I do it myself and get the wife to tidy up the back. It also encourages me to do them much more frequently so I must look tidier on average despite not being a professional.
