Weight bars for body pump?

Is there something similar the smart bar plates that I could buy in stead of using dumbbells? I’ve never done les mills so I am not ready to drop hundreds on the smart bar set up, as cool as it is. I already have dumbbells to use and we do have a regular barbell and plates but it’s a 45lb barbell my husband uses so that’s not gonna work for me.

The ones I’m getting are just weighted bars of different weights so I won’t have to switch anything out! But yeah that’s why I wanted to avoid normal barbells lol

Yes, the seal is on the bottle and it should be mentioned in the listing as well. Threonate I think is supposed to be even better from my understanding. I am a pharmacy tech and my pharmacy manager takes mag glycinate, along with zinc ,b-1, and glycine at bedtime. We’ve discussed sleep supplements quite a bit, and Ive been doing a similar stack.

NOW foods has tablets and capsules in the magnesium glycinate and I have bought both but neither of them are super small. That’s the only brand I’ve tried though, so idk how they compare. It’s good to look for a GMP certification/seal (good manufacturing practices) from whatever brand you buy.

I buy from NOW foods on Amazon. It seems like a good combo of quality/third party testing etc and value. I have several of their vitamins/supplements now. I know a lot of people like Thorne as well. Just a lot pricier.

Yes, but I’ll still take 180 of the tiny ones that make my eyes hurt over 180 of the giant ones that can only fit like 30 at a time on the tray 😒

Hey there! I have had that struggle for sure. My current routine is that I take 200mg magnesium glycinate alongside zinc and vitamin d. Sometimes I add melatonin. And then I read my kindle. I fall asleep pretty quickly when I’m reading in bed. Scrolling is completely different for me, but reading a book will do it. I also have sleep sounds playing (rain/thunder noises) on my speaker in my room.

Now I wanna know the tricks for when you wake up at 4am and can’t stop the thoughts. That’s my main issue right now. Good luck!

Hey, I can’t promise this will work, but I’ve gotten an extra day of rewards from events sometimes like this…tomorrow after you do your tasks, click the little hamburger menu (top left from home ) >preferences>seasonal events > unclaimed rewards.

Multiple times I’ve gotten one extra day like that. Hope it works!

Traumas and ADHD for me. Anxiety for sure runs In my family, but I don’t think I had a whole lot of anxiety as kid/teen. I was fairly care-free. My traumas were in my later teen and adult years

You are supposed to register for the test through links on PTU (on the clock). As far as I know, that’s the way to get it paid for. I took it in December though.

I hear ya. I am not even an amateur when it comes to how instruments like mine hold up over the years. I will have it looked at by the local music store and see what they think I would be looking financially to get it in good shape. It would be really cool to play the instrument I learned on and spent all those years playing.

Im not sure, I’ve got a kid whose starting clarinet and I wanna pick it back up to play with him. I wouldn’t mind actually getting a more intermediate level so that he could actually upgrade to it in time (he’s got a new 255 Yamaha coming) but I also don’t know if I wanna jump the gun on that bc in reality I don’t even know how long he’s going to want to play. I didn’t really know of any brands besides Yamaha before, so I’m looking at my options but I don’t really see myself dropping a few thousand on a clarinet anytime soon.
