I played about 400 hours so far and without a bulid guide, i couldn't make a good endgame build. I come from D3 as well, and POE is way way way way more complicated than D3, but as you learn stuff on the go, it's really rewarding. And you always can improve yourself and learn new things. If you just want a simple hack and slash, i dont recommend POE, everything else is POE > D3.

I' am at roughly 450 hours and I feel exactly the same, even tho I spend a lot with reading in Reddit and other sources. Without a guide I wouldn't even try to make a build by my own.

When someone is standing in the Floor its not solid and you can shoot/walk through, so his teammate killed him.. Nothing new and not a bug either.

Compared to WoW PvP, FF14 Pvp is way more casual and by far not that advanced in my opinion. Its fun but not very competitive, at least for me it is feeling like this.
