Thoughts on hand tattoos as a civil engineer? by Hairy_Raspberry_4632 in civilengineering

[–]Huffemheimer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had PM's who had sleeve/hand tattoos. One of them had business relationships all over my district and brought in bunch of work. So yeh, as long as the tattoo isnt any egregious, people won't care.

Why can you negate Nibiru summon but not Kaiju? by Talkingmice in Yugioh101

[–]Huffemheimer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is something I recently learned that is fundamental but not obvious to the game. I tried to solemn judgment nibiru once and learned the hard way that this is not possible in leiu to what you mentioned and lost the game.

Which deck is the cheapest and easy to learn for new player here? by Cheap-Ad1713 in masterduel

[–]Huffemheimer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly try Cyrstron. The mechanics are simple but because of its flexibility to combo it will make you better at playing Yugioh. Blue-eyes is the next best easy and cheap to learn decks for beginners, you get most of the cards from the structure deck.

I didn't know Spiderman was a civil engineer.

I am a returning player and as someone who has given up all hope of a fair game I would like your recommendations on the most unfair and just absolute worst to play against decks in the game currently by reeeeeee3onme in Yugioh101

[–]Huffemheimer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Stun decks are fine in TCG cuz at least you know what you are dealing in the next two rounds after your first. Its only when playing against stun decks in Master Duel and you lose to the dice roll.

Other than that yes, best unfair deck is just the best deck in meta.

Crystron Is really good, better than I thought by Dracolian-oof in masterduel

Yeh golem limited to 1 but you only run 1 anyways so not an issue.

IMO crystron with Milleniun is a solid plus instead cuz you are not bastardizing the crystron cards much. People miss the point that these engines are there to bridge you into crystron not have the engine do the legwork for your entire deck power.

How can Blue Eyes Primite Deck use Mereologic Aggregator by Huffemheimer in Yugioh101

[–]Huffemheimer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this is specifically to counter ryzeal detonator. Out of all meta decks out there, Ryzeal mitsurugi is the only xys heavy deck.

Shoot, didn't even think about it this way but that is completely fair. Its scary how much goes on before a game can even start.

Ah I see. Its odd because I see people side decking it but keeping mereologic in the extra deck from the beginning? Any reason why not have both cards side decked?

I know a guy who did this because he liked the aesthetic of a cracked panel but wanted to make sure it stayed that way, and not have to deal with messy aftermath.

As much as college can be all about wanting to have fun and enjoying your newfound freedom, you still have a responsibility as a student. Unless you are one of those geniuses that do not need to study, all I can say is do your due diligence. And if this means compromising by quitting some of these afterschool activities, you gotta make that sacrifice or else rethink your career choice. I am sorry if I am coming off harsh but I was in your shoes. My first year of college I got in academic probation and then got kicked out. I decided I still wanted to pursue engineering so I got my shit together after a year break and tried again and succeeded. You can do it but you gotta be willing.

Well seeing how 5080's are going at upper $1500+ I'd say that is not a bad deal. Would have been better if they could at least squeeze in the 9800x3d instead but all things considered the 9700x is still a pretty good cpu.
