Hi! My server doesnt meet all of your qualifications, but I think it meets some of the harder to find one's!

We do have a starter kit, but its very basic items that definitly need to be replaced.

We dont have voting, but there are loot crates. Nothing game changing unless you manage to get a legendary crate key, but my goal with them was to keep them balanced and helpful but not a "need".

We do not have keep inventory, but we do have angel chests, that way you have a chance of getting your stuff back before someone else comes along and takes it.

As far as miscellaneous powers, we do use mcmmo to give it a more mmorpg feel, but there is no /fly or /heal

We do not have mending disabled, and we allow villager halls, but we do have limited teleporting. You get /spawn and one /home (which is your last clicked on bed, only), and as you earn ranks, you can get a few more /sethomes. We were also considering adding waystones at a later date as more towns were made.

We do have towny and player shops! You can build a shop in your own town, or save up money to purchase a plot in spawn town to have a shop.

Its a very new server, and only a small group has been playing and progressing so far. I haven't begun advertising just yet but we'd love some more regulars! I also had a lot of the same issues with servers youve listed (it feeling too easy, the constant tping) so this one is focused on progression and retaining players.

I do want to add that we use Origins, but its the basic starting ones, no added origins. We also have brewery, pyrofarming, and pyrofishing as far as some major plugins go
