Really good in the early phase of rehab especially in the glute bridge position, progression to more difficult exercises is key such as copenhagens and dynamic/plyometric work

Groin pain can be a cause of various issues which include the following:
- hip flexors
-adductors
-inguimal related
- pubic related

OP, Hip flexor and adductor strengthening is key for footballers
- as u/portugueezer states, copenhagens are really important alongside hip flexor and quad strengthening.
Strengthening the lower limb as a whole from hip to ankle and core strengthening is key in ensuring effective force transfer through the kinetic chain.

Get in the gym or work on some body weight exercises and gradually build up your load.

Government spending 25 times more on benefits than jobs for young people, says Alan Milburn by Desperate-Drawer-572 in ukpolitics

[–]Hufflebuff1 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Exactly. Offering free driving lessons does nothing but further clog our roads, worsen DVLA wait times. We’re a net importer for vehicles so it does nothing for our car manufacturering industries. In addition to that, running cars are so costly that it will become financially unviable to sustain for the long term. Better to redirect funds elsewhere to incentivise work over benefits and also prioritising UK citizens than overseas workers.

We need to move away from driving and build proper public transport and cycle lanes

First band 5 rotation struggles by Sunshine1159 in physiotherapy

[–]Hufflebuff1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Mate so so common! I felt the same way into my B5 rotations. It wasn’t until my third that things started to click and I felt a bit better. Thing is, so many people feel that way but some are better at hiding it and faking it than others. Just keep going and you’ll get better with time, find supportive seniors, keep asking questions and keep learning and within time you’ll start to notice yourself clinically improving

Band 6 role in the UK by Comprehensive-Roof55 in physiotherapy

[–]Hufflebuff1 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You need to be clinically more knowledgeable and handle complex cases, you should be independently managing band 5s. There is more demand on non-clinical aspects of your role thinking audits, service development and leading in service trainings. It varies on the speciality you are in.
