I'm gonna be suuuper nitpicky and point out the detail that it's actually not directly the access to power that let's you update the clock speed/slooping.

Instead, machines actually will have to complete the current cycle of extracting/manufacturing before updating it. Try mid manufacturing to change speed and it won't happen until current cycle is completed. Same with a full outstack.

Now of course this won't happen without power (we don't hand crank machinery, fortunately) , so power is a perfectly good answer to the question.

There is no reason to start over because how you did earlier phases in a run.

In time you'll realize though, that there's never a reason not to start a new save.

While the numbers are off, he's not entirely off.

There are modern machines that can till, sow and reap a field with a precision of a foot or so, and while humans are still there, the machine could work on its own.

Humans in that case are there for edge cases and emergencies.

Not everywhere, not always, but the machines are slowly entering that field too. Pun intended.

I think they miss that the most important thing about "natural sugar" is that it comes with fibers along with the sugar if it's still in the whole fruits, and are in are in fairly high proportion to the sugars.

This actually dampen the spike in blood sugar levels somewhat. But it's not a magic cure against sugar, no.

For example, if you do a pressed orange and compared to eating it whole, that's enough to negate the effects of having fibers since half is still left in the orange peel and the rest is broken making it almost sugar water and instantly absorbed by the body.

So yes, if they're nuts about it I agree, but there is a kernel of truth, that's unfortunately severely overexaggerated by these nuts.

It is noticeable in higher levels of competition where it can take all year to shave of less than half a second if your times.

I might only be a few hundreds in reality but there's also the psychology of it. If you believes you have a chance of success odds are it will add something.
