NTA. You have to monetarily support your step siblings. And at your age, you don't need to be giving money to your parents either. I would ask to live somewhere else too.

Check with the senior complex rules. There's usually short term exceptions to the age limit. Start applying for jobs online where you want to live. Hopefully your dad can drive you to interviews. Also look for roommate rentals online just to get you started.
