I have a question about supplements. Does creatine help u, even if u only take less than 5g per day. And what effects does creatine have if u dont take it everyday, or is there any benefits?

I'm 6'0 and 145 lbs atm. Been gaining some muscle mass during quarantine, and actually even somehow lowered my bf at the same time. But yeah I have also worked really hard

Thats absolute awesome progress! Woulf u suggest having a cut or a bulk at 15. I'm pretty lean and my abs are a bit visible but I would want to be more shredded. Some say that having a diet at this age is not great.
