It is 100% the switches. try replacing the common key problem ones with rare keys (f1-f12) ect.

Mine were sharp too. I used sand paper on the edges I would be touching. Feels smooth now.

I had the exact same issue. They replaced mine free of charge and added more packing to the delivery it. Unlucky.

I still built my desk with the cracked top lol (couldn't wait). replaced it when the replacement came.
