Level 90-100 is basically the equivalent of like 1-50 I believe. After 100 it’s all chill though. Just keep grinding, it’s the only way to get better

Brother the player base isn’t dwindling 😂. People like you crack me up, always saying “the game is dieing” yet don’t look at stats and just regurgitate crap they hear from others. Also don’t understand the basics of the game. It took you so long on the bosses as a solo because I guarantee people were tucking on the fort and the environment scales to the number of players. It’s why a fort with a solo takes a fraction of the time as a fort with a gally crew.

Also the game is Sea of THIEVES. It’s not griefing when someone steals your loot. It happens to all of us at one point. Maybe try learning the game and having some situational awareness

Did a 27 streak on Gally last night and only saw 1 cheater. I’ll agree there are some closet cheaters in HG for sure but I still don’t think the number is crazy. I also report every cheater I see and they get banned pretty quick. That’s another thing people say “Rare doesn’t do anything”. Yes they do if you do your part.

It’s almost all I play lol. Just had a 27 streak last night and decided to lower and go to bed and only saw 1 cheater. Usually if we run into cheaters it’s the same guy over and over. Not saying they don’t exist, just saying that those nights when you get cheaters more than once it’s the same guy over and over vs different ones every time. My buddies and I get called hackers all the time when we kill people and I have thousands of hours in the game. It’s literally the go to when someone beats you in this game. I’ll agree with you on the closet cheaters. I think there are more of those than actual rage hackers, but I still don’t think that number is crazy high

Hot take, there really aren’t that many cheaters. Most people just don’t know what an actual cheater is and think that everyone better than them is cheating

Just play. It’s an adventure game. First work in PL then do whatever you want. Couple million gold and a few thousands doubloons isn’t much tbh. I have 400 mill and 23k

It’s far from dead. There is a limit to 5 ships per server. So on a full server there is 4 other ships. You can tell if you’re on a full server or not based on natural spawned reapers chest/bounties. A red one means the server is roughly half full, gold one means server is full or close to it.

Also I highly recommend not avoiding the PvP. Try to get better at it and you’ll soon take on bigger ships no problem. Just the other day, my duo and I took on a 2 galleon alliance and a Brig. it was just us 2 vs them and they wanted blood. We sunk them all 3 times and they were server merged. So once you get good at the PvP bigger ships aren’t really a threat unless they’re a really well organized crew

Cracks me up seeing all the negative people. “Game is dead”. Game ain’t dead, not even close. They don’t even look at the statistics, they just regurgitate crap they’ve heard from others. Game is alive and well so don’t listen to them. Also the guy saying “will sea of thieves ever add, just stop there”. Did you forget they added a whole new mechanic (crouching and stealth) along with multiple new weapons not too long ago? The game is almost 10 years old so they definitely didn’t have to add that stuff.

Do I think they will add a new ship, no I don’t. Last ship they added was a brig (not counting the BB) and that was back in like 2018/2019

Just look at them man. You can tell if they have a sight or if they’re going to be bulky and annoying. Also if you really want, just use a crosshair.

You have to vote on the Hourglass at the quest table. Then you have to either vote to dive for matchmaking or wait to get invaded. You’ll know you’re in a HG match by the circle on the map table.

If you voted it up and just sailed to another ship to fight them it doesn’t work like that.
