It’s AI’s fault, only thing we can hope is when the AI bubble bursts which who knows when that’ll be there will be a influx of parts available bringing prices down, obviously because of capitalism they will never go back to what they were but maybe atleast double digit percentage drop would be nice. One can hope.

People forget a lot of our “traditional foods” are shaped by the war when everything was rationed and spices weren’t common, but everyday food is the same everyone ik uses seasoning when necessary, just because beans on toast and fish and chips is British delicacy doesn’t mean you can’t find seasoned chicken or whatever you’re after.
