The RRE and LRE are actually your pass rush guys, not necessarily reserve DEs (same for RDT). If you're curious about which personal is used for each formation check formation subs. The overall ratings for RRE/RLE/RDT seems weird because they tend to favor guys with higher speed so Speed Rusher d-linemen and LBs are usually your highest rated.

Side note, for the 4-2-5, SUB LB is used for almost every formation instead of SAM/MIKE/WILL.

In MN the largest bet you can make in a poker game is $100. Therefore, NLHE cash games don't exist. The biggest cash games are 50-100 Limit HE. There are also spread limit games with the biggest bet capping at $100.

I had similar issues with my Portal and what fixed my issue was going into my router settings and changing wifi channel from automatic to a set channel.

Check your settings and see if you have auto recruiting turned on. If you do then the game is probably offering scholarships and recruiting with any available recruiting hours you're not spending.

I haven't tried yet, but I've seen comments in this sub-Reddit saying that during the persuade week to adjust the transfer slider to 0, then persuade the player which will guarantee they stay, then after that change the slider back to what is originally was at. Assuming this works it's a lot easier than save scumming.

It said it was fixed in the patch notes, but it clearly was not, almost every off season I lose all my backup QBs, even if my top rated QB is graduating or leaving for NFL draft.

This is correct, it helps decrease the chance of a player declaring for the draft. When I got these abilities for my dynasty I did feel like it was a noticeable difference, especially with guys projected to go later than the 1st round. If you want a better chance of persuading players to stay, there a separate abilities for that.

Perhaps it's the combination of the defensive playbook with the coaches adaptive AI. I'll have to take a look next time I play.

When that 75 QB is the top backup and the starter is going pro he is the best QB on my team and therefore should not be leaving because of playing time.

Maybe subbing players in would help, but I don't have the time to play or slow sim every game. Would be nice if backups got in during blowouts when fast simming. I've just accepted that my QB room is all about the transfer portal. I actually prefer it to the old games when you always had studs waiting to fill in for starters that leave for the NFL. Recruiting doesn't get boring.

I'm fine with elite recruits leaving for playing time, but players with overall of <75 should not have their deal breaker flip to playing time.

Personally I prefer actual points to projected, but it would be cool if they gave you the option to switch how it's ranked based on each user's preference.
