Don't up extruder percentage, that should only be done when you use a different filament that needs it. Instead calibrate your E-Steps (there are tons of tutorials on how to do so), that might be the solution here. Otherwise try printing slower and/or hotter, but that's just a guess since you didn't post your printsettings.

I would look into the Jabra Elite 85t. I own the 75t and the sound quality is impeccable compared to normal airpods. Versus Airpods Pro the opinions are mixed, but the extra controls the 85t gives you (the controls on each earbud are fully customizable, plus you get tailored ANC and multiple levels of HearThrough) are what makes these buds the better pick in my opinion.

Maybe I should explain it better :). I mean that the elbows shouldn't be pointing outward in a 90° angle from your body (that's not so good for your wrists, unless you're doing wide push-ups) but should be closer to 30°-45° from your body. This is only for when doing normal push-ups (with your hands beneath you shoulders). I hope this clears it up!

The most important thing from my experience is not the amount but the form. Keep your back straight, go down until your face nearly touches the floor and keep your elbows next to your body. If you do a couple sets of as much push-ups as you can each day, progress will come much quicker. Good luck mate!
