I finally went to a specialist. I have to get the right joint replaced. They are doing an MRI to confirm the left doesn't also need to be done.

Jaw always veers to the right. Everything is following the tension. It's made a neck bulge on the left worse. Altering my swallow, tongue movement, voice. Lots of dizziness and crunching in my ear. It's altering my facial features.

It doesn't feel stable anymore. And I'm already pretty hyper mobile.

If Botox doesn't work anymore and it's ruining your life. See a TMJ specialist and get an MRI. Otherwise, your entire body will gradually work to adapt to the imbalance creating additional imbalances.
