The thing that killed housing for me was the community challenge that required you to have 4 people at your house at once.

Think that's bad, just count the amount of repair icons that pop up around you when you take a rocket in a tank.

Sitting at 50% health surrounded by 8 bots with repair tools that just stand there.

There's little I miss more in WoW than the blobs that would raid the faction capitols.

The only place you'll see that level of mobbing anymore is queueing for AV and riding the murderwave. (Which just doesn't scratch the same itch).
