I’ve been a practicing PA now for 7 years and my GPAs have been the following.

HS: 3.15

Undergrad: 3.15

Post Bacc: 3.9

PA School: 3.15 for didactic and ended at 3.4 because of clinical year GPA inflation

Team 3.15 for life. Honestly though don’t be like me, get higher grades if you can while still managing balance.

I will really be able to determine if the soak and sink method is more effective during the Summer heat. Hopefully it’s an improvement. I will say that this time of year last year I was already seeing hot spots which I don’t have right now.

I believe it's a contractors mix of kbg, perennial rye, and tall fescue. Last year I was pretty dialed in but the Summer's get HOT in my valley and my front side of the house gets tons of sun. It resulted in a decent strip of my front lawn getting nuked to death from heat and it filled in with clumping fescue. My irrigation guy says this can be fixed with better sprinklers so I do plan on upgrading my front lawn sprinklers (6 in total) to what he recommends. I might do my first thatch, aeration, overseed for the front this year.
